If any parcel is damaged or lost how will I be compensated? |

– If any parcel is lost from the custody of eCourier, eCourier will be responsible for full compensation of the parcel.
– If any parcel, other than fragile/liquid is damaged from the custody of eCourier, eCourier will be responsible for full compensation of the parcel.
– If any fragile/liquid parcel has been booked under fragile and liquid parcel delivery service and get damaged from the custody of eCourier, eCourier will be responsible for full compensation of the damaged parcel.
